    We ship orders Monday through Friday. We're closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays to spend time with our families. In stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. Back orders are rare but when they occur we ship as soon as inventory arrives at no extra shipping charge.

    We ship by UPS and US Postal Service. UPS ground delivery has been running 3 to 7 business days depending on your distance from Florida. Orders to PO boxes, APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc. will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Below is a map of approximate delivery times via UPS Ground from our Tampa warehouse.

Some items, such as car covers, floor mats, cargo liners, creeper seats, etc. are drop shipped from the manufacturer and may take longer to arrive. Car covers are custom built and can take 7 - 14 business days for delivery.

To Our West Coast Customers

As you can see by the UPS map, shipping to the West Coast is 5 - 6 business days by UPS Ground. USPS quotes Priority Mail shipping 2 - 3 business days (including Saturday) from Florida to the West Coast. Check the USPS Postage Calculator for more information. We ship from zip code 33634.

If delivery time is important to you, select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option. USPS Priority Mail does provide tracking, and we will email you your tracking information. Shipping rules about aerosols and oversized packages still apply.

Custom orders such as car covers, floor mats, headlight film, and drop ship items like rolling chairs and wall-mount vacuums will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. This is dependent on the manufacturer.

Shipping Aerosols

Aerosols and other items the FAA label as hazardous can ONLY be shipped by ground. We are not allowed to ship these items to locations outside of the continental 48 United States and Canada. We can only ship these items to Canada via UPS Standard Ground shipping.

About our shipping rates:

We take great pride in packing your order to guarantee safe arrival. We have worked very closely with UPS to learn the best methods for shipping heavier liquid products. We check and tighten the caps on every bottle prior to shipment to prevent leakage. We use biodegradable shipping peanuts to firmly anchor each product in the box and double box larger orders.

With all this special attention, our shipping charges may be slightly higher than mail order companies that ship lighter, non-liquid products.

    We can ship UPS 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select Air delivery for the following surcharge:
         UPS 3 Day Select Air Delivery - Please add $20.00 to the above amount.
         UPS 2 Day Guaranteed Delivery - Please add $30.00 to the above amount.

Note: Oversize and unusually heavy packages may require additional shipping charges.

UPS Next Day, 2 Day Guaranteed Air and 3 Day Select Air delivery is available Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. When calculating delivery, do not count the day shipped, Saturday, Sunday or holidays. For example, a 2 Day order shipped on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday (you can't count the day shipped, Saturday or Sunday).

Wholesale orders are billed the exact shipping charge which may be higher than the rates listed above. Shipping on these orders is based on weight and number of boxes.

Address Corrections:

UPS charges $10.00 to change or redirect any package after it is shipped. If you make a mistake on your shipping address, please call us as soon as possible. If we can correct the address before your package is shipped there is no charge.

State Sales Tax:

Florida residents only, please add 7% sales tax.

Canada and International orders:

International Shipping Charges:

All international orders are shipped by your choice of USPS International Express or International Priority mail. Canadian customers have the additional option of shipping via UPS Standard. International shipping charges are based on weight and number of boxes and are not subject to free shipping over a certain dollar amount. Please select your country from the drop-down box and complete the information including a valid email address. The Shipping & Billing page at checkout will not show a shipping charge. Submit your order and someone from our Customer Service Department will email you your shipping options and the associated cost. This cost includes Handling, Packing and Insurance. It does not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees that may be added by your country upon delivery.

You may also send the list of products you are interested in to our Customer Service Department and we will respond with your shipping cost.

When we say "no-hassle" we mean just that. If a product meet your satisfaction, return the product within 60 days of delivery, postage prepaid, and we'll exchange it or refund your money in full (minus original shipping charges), whichever you wish. We stand behind everything we sell.

*Sorry but all custom items such as car covers, cargo liners, floor mats, and other items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 20%. We do our best to describe each car cover fabric. If you receive your cover and just do not like it, you can still return it. Call us and we'll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for return shipping and there will be a 20% restocking charge deducted from your refund. We're sorry for the restocking charge but these are custom ordered products and we have to find someone else that wants your cover.
